What the website does, what the app does and how the two fit together.

The Dose Club is a UK companion for people on GLP-1 treatment. It has two halves: an app that tracks doses, and this website, which publishes pharmacy prices, news and a moderated community. One account works across both, so a comment posted in the app appears here and a reply here appears in the app.

What the website does

  • Prices: the complete monthly cost of Wegovy and Mounjaro at UK pharmacies, with one column per dose and the time of the last check. Every provider listed is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • News: articles about how The Dose Club works, the Dose Club Price Index and approval trackers for medicines that do not yet hold a UK licence.
  • Community: rooms by medicine and by stage of treatment, moderated from the first day.

What the app does

The app logs doses, reminders, weight, measurements and symptoms, and shows an estimate of the amount of medicine in your system from the doses you have logged. It records and explains. It never tells anyone what dose to take.

Tracking works with no account and no network connection. An account is needed only for the community, for syncing between devices and for Dose Club Plus.

Dose Club Plus

Dose Club Plus costs 99p a month or £7.99 a year and is sold through the app stores. It adds the level chart, Dose Insights, a PDF to take to prescriber appointments, encrypted backup and sync, and Apple Health and Health Connect for user entered weight. Everything else stays free.

How The Dose Club is paid for

Plus subscriptions are the only revenue. The Dose Club takes no payment from pharmacies, carries no paid links or codes and sells no medicine. The price table has no sponsored rows and no paid rankings.
