The dose log records each dose with the time, and a notes field for anything else, such as the batch number or where you injected. The symptom log takes a note and a severity by day. Weight and measurements have their own logs. Reminders use generic wording by default so nothing on your lock screen names the medicine.
Dose Club Plus adds the level chart, Dose Insights and a PDF that gathers the logs for a prescriber appointment. Insights describe trends in your own record. They never recommend a dose or compare one with another.
