Every thread and comment goes through automated filters before it appears, and the moderation team reads reports and held posts within 24 hours. Links from accounts under 7 days old are held for review before they appear.
The rules in short: no sourcing or selling, no codes of any kind, no contact details, and no dose advice to other members. Each person's prescriber decides their dose. You can describe your own experience, and you can say what your prescriber or the leaflet told you.
